Rationale:

To provide members and Blue Mountains Rural Fire Service at the Annual General Meeting an audited report of the Brigade's finances.

Standard:

Accounts are to be maintained by the Treasurer in a required format and according to certain legal requirements.

Brigade's financial year shall end on the 31 March.

Proper account books are to be kept by the Treasurer.

A copy of the Auditor's Statements and Report are to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting.

A copy of each is to be forwarded to the FCO.
