Title: AF-03 FUND RAISING

 

Rationale:

To enable the Brigade to raise sufficient funds to meet associated costs in its operations.

Standard:

Must strictly adhere to the Charitable Fundraising Act, 1991.

Must seek approval in writing no less than seven (7) days prior to the activity from the FCO to carry out any fund raising activities.

Agreement to any conditions associated with any donation must have prior approval from the FCO.

Brigade must have a "Register of Tickets", "Register of Receipts", " Register of Receipt Books" and a "Register of Collection Boxes".

Maintain strict records of income and expenditure with all fund raising activities.

Standard Operating Procedure

SOP should be read in conjunction with BMRFS SOP AD-08.
