Rationale:

To provide reimbursement of costs incurred by members of the Executive or Operations for Brigade associated calls.

Standard:

Wherever possible, a member claiming re-inbursement is to provide details of Brigade associated calls within thirty (30) days of the payment of telephone account.

The Brigade at a general meeting will review/approve where appropriate the reimbursement of costs.
