Rationale:

To prevent fraudulent or inappropriate expenditure of Brigade funds.

Cheques may only be signed by the Captain, President, Treasurer and Secretary.

At least two (2) of the above mentioned must sign each cheque.

All of the above signatures must be lodged with the appropriate financial institution following the Annual General Meeting. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting must also be attached.

No two (2) members of the same family can be a signature to the Brigade's bank accounts at the same time.
