Title: AS-02 MEETINGS

 

Rationale:

To define timeframes for the holding of Brigade meetings

Standard:

In accordance with the Brigade's Constitution general meetings will be held on the 3rd Friday of every month with the Annual General Meeting in June, to discuss matters relating to the Brigade's administration and operation.

The Executive Committee shall meet when necessary and may regulate its meetings as it considers fit.

Other committees with specific projects may be established from time to time on a brief provided by the Brigade at a general meeting or by the Executive Committee at an Executive meeting..

The Captain and/or President may act as ex-officio members on any committee.

Standard Operating Procedure

SOP should be read in conjunction with BMRFS SOP AE-01.
