Rationale:

To provide crews to attend to incidents of bushfires, storm and search and rescue. Call outs may be activated by pager or telephone.

Call out crews may be activated by BMRFS/ Group and Deputy Group Captains/ Captain/ Senior Deputy Captain/ Deputy Captain/ Station Officer or an appropriate authority.

Captain to be advised immediately.

Members are to proceed to the fire station quickly and in a safe manner and advise the senior field officer/ station officer on arrival.

Crew sheets and where appropriate "T" cards are to be completed by the senior field officer/ station officer for each crew going into the field.
