Rationale:

Whilst specialist training is provide through a structured training plan at District level there is a need for continual core training to be provided at Brigade level to maintain and enhance skills required to carry out our duties.

The Captain may appoint a Deputy Captain each year to co-ordinate training at Brigade level.

The Training Officer will form a Training Committee made up of at least three (3) members of the Brigade

The Committee will present the Captain with a detailed training program for the Brigade by August each year.
